1. Minimum experience 5 years with same field
2. Managing quality organization & team
3. Build & monitoring quality system
4. Fluent English is must
5. Expert on garment Technical and sewing machinery including pattern
6. Created action plan & well implementation with production team
7. Preferable person who already working with korean company
