WE ARE HIRING | Senior Merchandising – MAP Active Indonesia

Are you a retail enthusiast with a sharp eye for numbers and market trends?

MAP Active Indonesia is looking for a Senior Merchandising Senior to join our team!

In this role, you will be the backbone of our product lifecycle—from planning seasonal buys to ensuring our brands hit their sales and margin targets across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Target Achievement: Ensure sales and margin targets for appointed brands are met according to budget planning.
• Buying & Allocation: Create seasonal buying plans and manage the Initial Allocation Plan (IAP) based on product type and store potential.
• Operations & Logistics: Monitor monthly shipment processes and timelines within the warehouse.
• Reporting: Update weekly sales reports to review stock levels and product performance for every store.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team for Brand Ambassador product shipments and the COE for pricing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Min 5 years of experience in retail merchandising (multi-brand experience is a huge plus).
• Degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
