🔎Position: Industrial Engineering (CIM) Staff

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Operational Breakdown processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Create layouts, perform line balancing, and calculate man-to-machine ratios and capacity requirements.
• Monitor and follow up on sample making process in the sample room.
• Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with the development team to achieve goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree Industrial Engineering/Garment.
• Experienced Industrial Engineer with a background in garment underware/textile (will be priority).
• Good communication, analysis and calculation.
• Experienced in handling traditional sewing machines
• Highly motivation and able to work under pressure

📍Placement: Head Office – North Jakarta.
