What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and oversee daily operations for the assigned product line.
• Translate Product Line Manager plans into technical execution for the operations team.
• Partner with Designers to review product designs for costing inputs.
• Perform initial costing analysis/validation (design, specs, materials, construction).
• Ensure costing data is complete and accurate before submission.
• Supervise import & local purchasing in line with specs and timelines.
• Monitor production progress, shipments, and supply chain risks.
• Prepare operational updates and costing reports for the Product Line Manager.
• Provide technical direction and coaching to Officer-level team members.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related.
• 3+ years’ experience in Product Development/Merchandising and bag costing.
• Strong knowledge of product costing and supply chain processes.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and validation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively across functions.
• Passion for outdoor activities is a plus.
