POSITION

SUPERVISOR WAREHOUSE (GARMENT)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Warehouse Supervisor, preferably in the garment industry or other industries in the warehouse field.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, and delivery).
• Able to manage inventory and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Familiar with FIFO/FEFO system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, assertive, responsible, and able to work in a team.
• Able to work under pressure and meet targets.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise daily warehouse operations.
• Control the flow of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Ensure stock availability and accuracy.
• Coordinate and lead the warehouse team to work effectively and efficiently.
• Prepare stock reports and warehouse activities on a regular basis.
