Production Manager, Garment (Bogor)

Bogor, Indonesia | IDR 30.000.000 – IDR 35.000.000

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee overall garment production operations to ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality targets are achieved.
• Manage large-scale manufacturing operations with high-volume production capacity.
• Ensure smooth production flow, manpower allocation, line balancing, and production scheduling.
• Monitor daily production performance and implement corrective actions when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior production management role within the garment manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in managing garment factories with 1,000 sewing machines or above.
• Strong expertise in high-end outerwear production, including:
  Down garments Coats
  Seam-sealed garments
  Laser & bonding garments
