Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser, Visual Manager, or Display Designer, preferably in retail or fashion industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful visual display projects.
Proficient in design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Enscape, V-Ray, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
Good communication, planning, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Responsibility
Design and implement visual displays, including in-store and window displays, signage, props, and store layouts (planograms) to optimize traffic flow and product placement.
Create engaging visuals aligned with brand identity, translating marketing campaigns into in-store executions that enhance the overall customer journey.
Manage product rotation and styling plans for promotional, thematic, or seasonal needs, ensuring fresh and consistent presentation.
Maintain store and pop-up visual standards through regular checklists and VM guidelines to ensure quality, functionality, and safety.
Oversee vendors, budgets, and project timelines, including sourcing and negotiating with external partners, while staying up to date on visual merchandising and retail design trends.
