QUALIFICATION

• D3/S1 Graduate
• Fluency in English oral and written
• Experiences in Quality Management System, minimum experience 7 years in the same field
• Strong leadership, organizational, negotiation & analytical skill
• Hard work, good motivation, multi-tasking & problem solver
• Computer literature (Microsoft Office) and correspondence
• Background knowledge in process audits, quality inspections and footwear physical testing requirements, will be plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and take care all of quality control and assurance process throughout all of manufacturing process
• Execute, monitor, lead, develop and build a quality inspection team for proper inspection in each of manufacturing process/stages
• To make customers happy in terms of quality
• Deploy quality SOP and manual for each department to follow
• Reporting to President Director
