PATTERN MAKER

QUALIFICATION

• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Pattern Maker in the garment industry
• Proficient in pattern making, grading, and marker planning
• Able to create patterns manually and/or using CAD software
• Understanding garment construction, fitting, and sample development processes
• Familiar with garment production workflow and quality standards
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under deadlines

JOBDESC

• Create garment patterns based on design sketches, tech packs, and customer requirements
• Develop base patterns, grading, and markers for production
• Collaborate with the Design, Sample Room, and Production teams to ensure pattern accuracy and fit
• Conduct pattern revisions based on fitting results and sample evaluations
• Ensure patterns meet quality standards, production requirements, and cost efficiency targets
