Join our ESG Team at TP Group, a leading global apparel manufacturing company headquartered in Seoul, South Korea.

We’re looking for an experienced CSR / ESG professional who is passionate about sustainability, social compliance, and working with global apparel brands.

Responsibilities

• Manage buyer audits (CSR, Social Compliance, CTPAT, etc.)
• Support overseas factories in CSR implementation and continuous improvement
• Prepare ESG reports and sustainability documentation
• Communicate with global buyers and overseas affiliates
• Deliver CSR-related training for overseas factory employees
• Support ESG initiatives across global operations

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in CSR, ESG, Sustainability, or Social Compliance
• Business-level English (written and spoken)
• Eligible for overseas business travel
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the apparel manufacturing, sourcing, or textile industry
• Experience working with international brands or global buyers
• Degree in Sustainability, ESG, Business, Labor Law, or related fields
• Overseas study or international work experience

Work Location

• Seoul, South Korea (Head Office)

Work Authorization

• Candidates currently residing in Korea with valid work authorization are preferred
• Visa sponsorship may be considered for highly qualified overseas candidates
