R&D SUPERVISOR

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Textile Engineering.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience as R&D Supervisor in Textile industry.

3. Strong knowledge of textile materials, fabric construction, dyeing, finishing, and textile testing.

4. Experienced in laboratory testing methods and textile quality analysis.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Able to interpret laboratory data and prepare technical reports.

7. Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.

8. Detail-oriented, systematic, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

9. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

10. Able to work independently and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

11. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
