PRODUCTION ASSISTANT MANAGER

KRITERIA

• Bachelor’s degree Industrial Engineering

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager in the garment industry.

• Good understanding of garment production processes and sewing machine operations.

• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills and Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Good knowledge of quality standards, productivity, and efficiency in the garment industry.

• Willingness to be stationed in Tangerang

TANGGUNG JAWAB

• Assist the Sewing Production Manager in supervising sewing operations on the production floor.

• Monitor production efficiency, productivity, and product quality.

• Train sewing operators to improve their skills and performance.

• Handle quality and production issues and take corrective actions when needed.

• Prepare simple daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
