ASSISTANT MERCHANDISER

KRITERIA

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in any major

• Proficient in operating computers, especially Ms. Office (Excel and Word).

• Proficient in English (both written and verbal communication).

• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.

• Detail-oriented, diligent, honest, and a team player.

• Fast learner, energetic, and dynamic.

• Prior experience in the garment industry as an Assistant Merchandiser or Follow Up is a plus.

• Willing to work overtime to ensure deadlines are met.

• Willingness to be stationed in Tangerang

TANGGUNG JAWAB

• Perform data input and SAP system updates related to Merchandising tasks.

• Create and send Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up on material orders.

• Monitor samples, artwork approvals, and production progress.

• Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure on-time delivery to buyers.

• Complete KP (Order Confirmation), BOM (Bill of Material), PR (Purchase Request), and PO tasks accurately and within deadlines.

• Prepare Annual Reports, Company Profiles, and Press Releases.
