WE ARE HIRING – Asst. Commercial Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing commercial strategies to achieve sales and profitability
  targets.
• Collaborate with buying and planning teams to ensure optimal product mix
  and inventory levels.
• Monitor sales, margins, and stock levels; provide actionable insights and
  recommendations based on data.
• Conduct regular store and competitor visits to identify trends and opportunities.
• Work closely with Buyers, Planning & Allocation, and Store Operations to ensure
  accurate in-store execution and reporting.
• Prepare detailed analytical reports to support decision-making for the
  Commercial Manager.
• Provide timely feedback to concept, design, and buying teams to align with
  market needs and customer preferences.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree ($1) from any major.
• Minimum 3 years years in commercial, buying, or merchandising roles (fashion
  retail experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of fashion lifestyle trends and retail business dynamics.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of retail operations and consumer behavior.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Willing to be based in Tangerang.
