Qualifications:

Education & Certification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3)
Holding AK3 Umum (General OHS Expert) certification (mandatory)
Plus value certifications: ISO 45001/14001 Lead Auditor, SMK3 Auditor, AK3

Experience:

Minimum 5–7 years in HSE field
Minimum 3 years in Supervisor/Dept Head position
Experience in manufacturing industry

Technical Competencies:

Mastering SMK3 (PP 50/2012), ISO 45001, ISO 14001
Mastering HIRADC, JSA, HAZOP, incident investigation (RCA)
Understanding of AMDAL/UKL/UPL and hazardous waste (B3) management
Able to prepare HSE reports and regulatory compliance documents

Regulatory Understanding:

K3 Regulations
Environmental Regulations
Manpower/Labor Regulations
Audit Compliance
Sustainability Compliance

Experienced in Handling:

Internal Audit
External Audit
Customer Audit
Social Compliance Audit

Leadership Competencies:

Courageous in taking action (including stopping work if dangerous)
Consistent and uncompromising on HSE violations
Able to influence management and build a safety culture
High integrity and care for worker safety.
