Talent Hunts Indonesia is partnering with a leading Retail Beauty and Shapewear Company to find a technically proficient and commercially-minded Fashion Product Development Merchandiser.

In this end-to-end role, you will manage the entire product lifecycle—from data-driven ideation and tech pack creation to supplier negotiation and inbound quality control. You will play a critical part in bridging the gap between creative design and commercial viability, ensuring that products—including shapewear, intimates, and premium basics—meet strict margin and quality targets. This position requires deep knowledge of garment construction, fabric engineering (specifically compression and NILIT-grade yarns), and a sharp commercial mindset to drive product success.
