Qualification :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering
• At least 1 year of experience in the garment industry
• Proficient in English
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, line balancing, continuous improvement, layout planning, and system development
• Detail-oriented, assertive, proactive, and responsible
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
