Monitor and evaluate the implementation of Lean systems
Monitor, analyze, and evaluate garment operational processes as well as supporting processes
Standardize work areas to improve production performance
Collaborate with the Production team to enhance efficiency and productivity
Manage and optimize the layout of production and supporting areas

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
Experienced the same field minimum 5 years in Manufacture Garment Industry and Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same role as a Manager or Assistant Manager
Knowledge of and/or experience in managing continuous improvement programs or Lean systems in a manufacturing environment
Strong leadership skills with a digital mindset
Willingness to be stationed in Tangerang
