Junior Merchandiser (Ungaran- Central Java placement)

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring sampling development
• Sourcing material (fabrics & trims)
• Follow up in merchandising works and communicated with PPMC in factory, RnD team, and Material team
• Data management
• Input data (PO) into ERP systems and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Support senior staff in handling new developments

Job Requirements :

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
2. Fluent in English (spoken & written).
3. Strong skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems.
4. Detail-oriented, organized, fast response, and good communication.
5. Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable.
6. Preferably experienced 1+ years in garment industry (bag/gloves industry also welcome).
7. Understand the concept of Merchandising process
