Labor Staff/IR Staff

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of work areas for compliance inspection and audit purposes.
• Perform monitoring, investigation, and prevention of violations of labor standards and regulations.
• Provide recommendations related to non-compliance with labor standard requirements.
• Support in handling employee issues, conflict resolution, and maintaining a positive and harmonious work environment.
• Support communication and coordination between employees, management, and union representatives.

Qualifications:

• Ability to build synergy and coordination, analyze issues in program implementation, perform problem-solving, and conduct training.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (D3-51) in Law, Industrial Management, Psychology, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in labor affairs, labor compliance (KNK), or labor internal audit.
• Basic understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and industrial relations practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willing to be placed in Grobogan, Central Java.
