Responsibilities

• Execution of lab tests as per customer specifications, including colorfastness and daily testing
• Maintain accurate documentation, including test reports and quality records
• Analyze and test new development materials for suitability in textile production
• Perform thorough testing on production and raw materials to ensure adherence to quality standards, covering physical, chemical, and performance aspects
• Investigate and resolve customer feedbacks regarding testing failures or product quality issues, proposing timely solutions or improved materials
• Ensure compliance with testing procedures, guidelines, and regulations to maintain quality standards
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in textile manufacturing laboratory or quality control role is preferred
• Strong knowledge of textile testing methods, instrumentation, and quality assurance principles
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Competent in MS Office productivity software
• Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory. Additional proficiency in Chinese is advantageous, aligning with business requirements
