MANAGER SEWING PREPARATION (TANGERANG)

Qualifications:

• Active proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Computer literate, minimum Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Demonstrates strong leadership, motivation, and work dedication.
• Comprehensive understanding of the garment manufacturing process (Pattern, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing).
• Strong knowledge of sewing techniques and quality standards.
• Understanding of basic concepts of Garment Industry 4.0 (automation and digitalization).

Responsibilities:

• Analyze production data to drive continuous improvement.
• Design and implement efficient and sustainable production strategies.
• Conduct evaluations to improve efficiency and develop future improvement plans.
• Monitor and control factory KPIs across departments.
• Ensure daily efficiency and production targets (PCS) are achieved according to planning.
• Ensure PPA runs according to defined targets.
• Follow up production planning schedules with PPIC.
• Manage allocation of Change Over teams and setting teams based on line feeding requirements.
• Follow up machine requests and required attachments for Change Over line preparation.
