MANUFACTURING EXCELLENCE MANAGER

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other related technical/scientific fields
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as Manufacturing Engineering (M.E.) Manager, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of Manufacturing Engineering project requirements, including Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Design for Manufacturing / Design for Production (DFM/DFP), Industrial Engineering (IE), and Six Sigma principles
• Proven experience in successfully handling at least 3 manufacturing-scale projects
• Aware of and committed to the importance of health, safety, and workplace security.
• Proficient in English communication (both spoken and written)
• Willing to be based in Grobogan Regency, Central Java, Indonesia

Job Description

• Lead ECRS, Kaizen, ME, and MI projects, while fostering collaboration and cooperation between departments and with customers/buyers.
• Ensure that ME/MI projects are properly implemented and executed effectively.
• Responsible for trials of advanced technology machines, applications, and digital systems, and their implementation to improve production productivity.
