MARKETING MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented professional to drive our marketing strategy, strengthen customer relationships, and grow our synthetic yarn business.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the textile or synthetic yarn industry, with at least 5 years in marketing and customer relationship management.
• Thorough understanding of DTY, POY, and specialty yarn products and their applications.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian domestic textile market and established relationships with key customers.
• Proven ability to manage customer portfolios, negotiate contracts, and develop new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• High level of integrity, commitment, adaptability and a team player.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and grow the synthetic yarn business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new customers.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and support decision making.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and business agreements with customers.
• Collaborate with production, planning, and quality assurance teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare marketing reports, market analysis, and sales performance to achieve business targets.
