Merchandiser involves planning, coordinating, and implementing strategies to maximize sales and profitability for a retail or e-commerce business. Merchandisers are responsible for analyzing market trends, understanding customer preferences, and making informed decisions regarding product selection, pricing, inventory management, and visual presentation.

Requirements:

– Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in merchandising field of export-oriented fashion business.
– Eagerness to learn and adopting continous learning concepts in life
– Must be detail oriented, ability to digest information before passing to costumers/factories, willing to learn product details and willing to be hand-on in the field.
– Passionate in fashion and willing to be involve in designing of products.
– Ability to work under pressure individually as well as a team.
Ability to adapt to new cultures set by the company.
– Good command in written and spoken english.
