OPEN POSITION FOR:
MERCHANDISER PRODUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT

Education & Experience

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textile, Business, or related field
• 1–2 years experience in garment merchandising / production
• Basic understanding of garment production flow (sampling to bulk production)
• Is highly organized and detail-oriented
• Has strong sense of urgency & ownership
• Is proactive and able to anticipate problems early
• Can manage multiple SKUs and timelines at once
• Is comfortable working with vendors & production teams
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks

• Data Management & Reporting
• Coordination with Suppliers & Internal Teams
• Quality & Inspection Support
• Documentation & Order Processing
• General Administrative Support
