ORDER REVIEWER

We’re currently looking for ORDER REVIEWER to review technical aspects of client orders, ensure compliance with client requirements, and support smooth sample processing through laboratory systems.

Responsibilities:

• Review technical aspects of client orders against specific requirements
• Coordinate with Customer Service on missing or mismatched sample information
• Approve samples and manage order processing in StarLIMS
• Classify samples based on buyer and general specifications
• Perform daily sample testing as required
• Monitor sample turnaround time through the system

Requirements:

• S1 Graduate, Academy or equivalent or Diploma (D3).
• Experience in sample reception is preferable
• Can speak, read, write, and understand English at least as passive speaker
• Able to operate computer program as Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point
