POSITION:
PATTERN MAKER

We are a leading garment manufacturing company from South Korea, currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Pattern Maker to join our dynamic team in KBN Cakung, Jakarta Utara.

If you have a proven track record in handling international brand requirements, you are the one we are looking for!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create, develop, and digitize accurate garment patterns based on tech packs and designer sketches.
• Perform grading and ensure accurate pattern measurements for all sizes.
• Conduct fitting sessions, analyze sample garments, and implement necessary pattern alterations.
• Collaborate closely with the sampling and production teams to ensure timely execution.
• Ensure all patterns meet the specific quality standards and fit requirements of international buyers.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 7-10 years of working experience as a Pattern Maker in the garment/apparel industry.
• Must have solid experience handling international brand buyers: H&M, GAP (BRFS/BR), Reebok, LPP Poland, WHBM, J-Jil, etc.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, grading, and fabric behavior.
• Proficient in manual pattern making and familiar with computerized pattern systems (e.g. Optitex).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Placement: KBN Cakung, North Jakarta.
