• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any relevant field
• Expert in end-to-end garment manufacturing processes incorporate with Lean Manufacturing
• Proven ability to lead large-scale teams (1,000+ employees)
• Excellent at coordinating with front-end & manufacturing teams
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on tangible result
• Strategic thinker and a strong mentor for the team
• Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and target-oriented
• Proficient in English (active)
• Willing to be placed in Tegowanu, Grobogan
