WE ARE HIRING: PPIC STAFF

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related fields
Minimum 2 years of experience as a PPIC Staff, preferably within the garment or apparel manufacturing industry
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems, preferably Odoo
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across departments

Develop accurate and efficient production schedules based on sales and marketing orders to ensure on-time delivery performance
Calculate material requirements using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) methodology and establish appropriate safety stock levels
Monitor and maintain daily inventory records covering raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods inventory
Control and evaluate production activities to ensure balanced workflow, operational efficiency, and alignment with production capacity and planning
Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing/Merchandising and Production, to support smooth operational execution
Prepare, analyze, and generate periodic reports to support department performance evaluation and decision-making processes
