We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Processing Head to lead our woven polyester fabric operations at scale.

Location: Bandung, Indonesia
Industry: Textile Manufacturing
Production Capacity: 4.5 million meters/month
Compensation: ~USD 3,000/month (tax paid)

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end processing operations & quality control for woven polyester fabrics
Manage diverse product categories including chiffon, youryu, kosibo, and formal black fabrics
Ensure international quality compliance and successfully handle buyer audits
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
Build and develop high-performance production teams
Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, R&D, and senior leadership

Ideal Candidate Profile

B.Tech in Textile Chemistry (Mandatory)
10–15 years of experience in woven polyester fabric processing
Strong expertise in lightweight to heavyweight polyester fabrics
Proven success in audit handling and compliance management
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
