We are currently hiring for the position of QA Specialist (Manufacturing – Soft Toys) at PT Sheba Indah, Subang – West Java

Requirements:

• Minimum D3/S1 degree (related majors: Industrial Engineering, Textile –Engineering, or similar)
• Maximum age 45 years old (male/female)
• Minimum 1 year experience in QA/QC (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Understand basic quality (inspection & defect)
• Detail-oriented and used to checking processes
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willing to learn and have good problem-solving skills

Job Description:

• Perform inspections (incoming, inline, final)
• Monitor defects and production quality
• Coordinate with production team for improvements
• Prepare simple QC reports

Placement: Subang, West Java

Salary: negotiable based on experience & capability
