QC ASSISTANT MANAGER

KRITERIA

• Bachelor’s degree Textile Engineering and Industrial Engineering.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the garment manufacturing industry.

• Minimum Lean GREEN BELT and Technical knowledge of the products is a must.

• Strong process understanding from IMQC to finish-good wearhouse.

• Strong leadership & good communication

• Analytical thinking, Critical thinking, innovation and Complex problem-solving,

• Good in English & have digital mindset

• Willingness to be stationed in Tangerang

TANGGUNG JAWAB

• Set up and implement entire quality system; quality objective and quality management

• Consolidates information from other department & guide other department in quality awareness

• Measures factory quality performance in regular basis

• Communicates with both buyers & suppliers in quality matter & Measures the supplier performance for marketing strategy

• Guide QC Department, to perform & maintain the quality processes

• Involves on development of sewing technique and Involves on factory evaluation process

• Provides regular quality report for management review
