About the role
We are seeking a talented Quality Assurance Staff to join our dynamic fashion team at BIENSI FESYENINDO (3SECOND GROUP) in Bandung, West Java. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and excellence in our garment and textile production processes.

What you’ll be doing

1. Inspect work-in-progress, and finished products to identify and address quality issues
2. Conduct comprehensive testing and analysis to verify product compliance with established quality standards and specifications
3. Collaborate with production teams to implement quality control measures and continuously improve processes
4. Maintain detailed records and documentation of quality control activities
5. Identify opportunities for quality improvement and make recommendations to management
6. Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices

What we’re looking for

1. Relevant degree or diploma in Textile Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control in the garment or fashion industry
3. Strong technical knowledge of fabric properties, garment construction, and quality control method
4. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
