KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Age:
Maximum 45 years old

Education:
Graduate of a Textile Higher Education Institution (specifically STTT / Politeknik STTT Bandung).

Experience:
3 to 5 years of proven sales experience within the textile industry.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of the textile market, supply chain, and industry trends.
• Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and guide the sales team to meet and exceed sales quotas in the textile sector.
• Develop strong relationships with key clients, manufacturers, and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities within the textile industry.
