Senior Footwear Innovation Designer
Placement: Bandung

What You’ll Do:

• Develop innovative footwear concepts based on user needs and brand strategy.
• Translate insights into strong product value propositions.
• Explore footwear systems (upper, sole, cushioning, construction) for functional differentiation.
• Collaborate with Technical Design and Materials teams to ensure feasibility.
• Guide and evaluate prototypes for performance, user experience, and quality.
• Create reusable innovation platforms across products and seasons.
• Document innovation learnings as organizational Knowledge assets.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelors degree (S1) in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in footwear or product innovation design.
• Proficient in Design Software (e.g, 3D CLO, Adobe Illustrator, CAD, or similar) is a plus.
• Solid Knowledge of footwear construction, materials, and development processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
