Senior Technical Designer

Placement: Bandung

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain technical specifications and tech packs for apparel and gear.
• Create prototypes and ensure products are fit functional, safe, and production-ready.
• Review designs for construction, ergonomics, and performance.
• Collaborate with production teams and suppliers to ensure material feasibility and cost efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelors degree (S1) in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical design for outdoor products, apparel, or gear.
• Strong knowledge of fit construction, materials, and production processes.
• Proficient in Technical Design Software (e.g, 3D CLO, Adobe Illustrator, CAD, or similar) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of outdoor/performance materials (waterproof, breathable durable).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
