(LOOM SPECIALIST)

LEADING INNOVATION IN TEXTILE TECHNOLOGY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and optimize AJL & WJL ecosystems (Cam, Dobby, Jacquard).
• Oversee complex PLC, Inverter, and Servo Motor control systems.
• Drive equipment commissioning, installation, and zero-based process optimization.
• Implement robust Preventive & Predictive Maintenance for zero critical breakdowns.

CRITICAL PERFORMANCE METRICS (KPIs)

• Machine Availability: ≥ 98%
• Machine Efficiency: ≥ 95%
• Preventive Maintenance Compliance: ≥ 100%
• Continuously improve MTBF & MTTR metrics; minimize breakdown time.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

• S1/D3 Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Textile Engineering.
• Minimum [Number] years managerial experience in textile weaving.
• Expert troubleshooting in mechanical and electrical aspects.
• Strong leadership and results-driven mindset.

PRIORITY CONSIDERATIONS

• Leadership background in top-tier national textile companies (e.g., Sritex, Kahatex, Delta Merlin, PBRX).
• Extensive experience managing hundreds of global brand looms: Toyota, Tsudakoma, Picanol, Itema.
