Job Details
The Sales Specialist is responsible for driving business growth by identifying sales opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting TESTEX’s textile and leather testing and certification services. This role requires strong communication skills, industry knowledge and network, also the ability to manage client accounts effectively.
The position is based in Indonesia under PT. TESTEX Testing and Certification and involves both independent work and collaboration within a dynamic international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Independent acquisition to identify and develop new business opportunities in the textile and related industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Promote TESTEX testing and certification services to meet customer needs
- Conduct sales visits, presentations, and intensive follow-ups with clients
- Handle application, prepare quotations, proposals, finalize the acquisition process and prepare sales reports
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the textile industry
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer database and sales records
- Communication, Budgeting and Reporting according to specifications
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in textile or related industry)
- Strong knowledge or network in the textile industry is a plus
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken), preferably with additional 3rd language
- Computer literate (email and basic office applications)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fast learner, well-organized, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Proactive, target-driven, and customer-oriented mindset
