QUALIFICATION & EXPERIANCE

• Significant experience in working with knitting machines, including all aspects of adjusting, setting and operating.
• Able to handle multi tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of the structure of natural and man-made fibres and yarn and ability to recognise discrepancies or variations
• Excellent communication skill, fluent of English both written & spoken.
• Willing to work in Australia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for maintaining large diameter circular knitting machines and associated machinery.
• Setting, repairing and servicing machinery to ensure optimal technical efficiency.
• Assisting with the commissioning of new knitting machines.
• Recommend quality, efficiency improvements to achieve enhanced quality standards.
• Keeping machines and work area clean and organised.
• Utilising other equipment as needed.
