SUPERVISOR CIRCULAR KNITTING

• Minimum Associate’s Degree (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) majoring in Textile Engineering or Textile Chemistry.
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in knitting or dyeing-knitting, with at least 1-2 years of experience in a staff/senior staff role.
• Strong knowledge of fabric types, yarn characteristics, and the circular knitting process.
• Proven capability in Production Control and monitoring Production Efficiency (OEE, yield, waste control).
• Ability to monitor machine utilization and coordinate closely with the Maintenance team.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills to lead production operators/teams.
• Strong quality-driven and target-oriented mindset.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills related to production floor issues.
