Production Planning Supervisor

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in PPIC / Production Planning, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leader role within a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of production scheduling, capacity planning, material control, and inventory management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the Production, Procurement, and Warehouse teams.
• Active English communication skills (written and spoken).Aware of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) values.
