Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in weaving production, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.

• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in operating and managing Water Jet Loom (WJL) and Rapier Loom production.

• Good understanding of weaving preparation processes, including Twisting, Sizing, Direct Warping, and Sectional Warping.

• Comprehensive knowledge of weaving production processes, fabric construction, yarn characteristics, loom settings, and production quality standards.

• Good understanding of weaving machine maintenance.

• Proven ability to manage production teams, manpower allocation, work shifts, production targets, quality, and machine efficiency.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Familiar with production performance indicators such as machine efficiency, productivity, downtime, defects, waste, and on-time production achievement.
