Job Desc

• Supervise HSE implementation across all operational areas
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company standards
• Conduct inspections, audits, and safety monitoring
• Identify hazards and implement preventive actions
• Investigate incidents and prepare corrective action plans
• Deliver HSE training and safety awareness programs
• Monitor PPE compliance and workplace safety practices
• Prepare HSE reports and coordinate with related departments

Requirements

✅ D3/S1 in Environmental Engineering, K3, Public Health, or related field

✅ Minimum 2–3 years experience as HSE/K3 Supervisor

✅ AK3 Umum certification (Mandatory)

✅ Manufacturing/industrial background preferred

✅ Textile & garment industry experience is a plus

✅ Strong knowledge of K3, safety regulations, risk assessment, and incident investigation

✅ Good leadership, communication, and reporting skills

✅ English proficiency is a plus
